Pop ups Daily limit reached?

I almost have never used this app, maybe a few times, like 3 but havent in more than a year. I just opened it and it says daily limit reached upgrade to pro, REALLY! I wanted it to have at least the main Philippines language Tagalog but it dont. Useless now but worst is the constant pop up (full screen) saying I reached my daily limit when I never even use it!
